Returns and Refunds Policy

Body Building Gear Pharmacy allows returns on products that are in new, unused condition and are returned in the original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Any merchandise returned without an RMA or shipped freight collect is subject to refusal.

Returning Your Order
After you have received your order, you have 30 calendar days to initiate a return for one or more items.

  • Returns are not accepted on products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.

  • All returns must be requested in advance via email to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA #).

  • Only items originally purchased within 30 days from the date of delivery are eligible for return.

  • All returned merchandise must be in its original carton and packaging.

  • An RMA # is required for all replacement claims.

  • All authorized returns must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks of the RMA being issued. Returns that exceed this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund, and the product may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for the cost of returning your product(s). If a complete, unused order is returned, the original shipping costs will be refunded after the returned items have been inspected and accepted at our warehouse.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. The item must be packed carefully for return shipping to prevent damage.

How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our customer support team at sales@bodybuildinggearpharmacy.us with your request and order details. You will receive further instructions and an RMA # via email.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (unless otherwise discussed with our support team). Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Replacements
Items that are not eligible for a refund may be eligible for a replacement. Typically, replacements are considered under the following circumstances:

  1. The Product(s) Arrived Damaged:
    Please inspect the packaging for any visible damage before accepting delivery. If you notice damage, notify the delivery driver at the time of delivery. For damage discovered after delivery, you must report it to the courier company (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) and file a claim with them directly.

  2. The Product(s) Became Defective While Under Warranty:
    If you suspect your product is defective, contact us with a photo and description of the defect. Please note, a product is not covered by warranty:

    • If it has been altered or modified in a way not referenced in the instruction manual.

    • If the defect is a result of misuse, neglect, or incompetent operation.

    • If no proof (e.g., a photo) is provided with the complaint.

Final Sale Items:
Clearance items and glass bulbs are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged (covered under warranty policy).

Discretion:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, or is found to be defective within the first 5 days of normal use, a replacement or refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Body Building Gear Pharmacy. Products damaged by neglect or abuse are not covered.
